Anne-Marie Duff has been an English actor, narrator, and writer for the past 30 years. Following her graduation from Drama Centre London Duff made television appearances in Trial & Retribution Amongst Women as well as Aristocrats in the late 1990s. Anne-Marie Duff is a Britsih actress born on 08 October 1970, in Chiswick, London, United Kingdom. She rose to prominence playing Fiona Gallagher on the first two seasons of UK TV show Shameless. In the following seasons, she was The Virgin Queen Elizabeth I in The Virgin Queen (2006) and also the lead role in the series From Darkness in 2015. Duff has had roles in films such as Enigma (2001) The Magdalene Sisters Notes on a Scam (2006) French Film (2008) The Last Station and Nowhere Boy Before I Go to Sleep (2014) as well as Suffragette (2015). She also appeared in the films The Virgin Queen Shameless Nowhere Boy Suffragette Shameless as well as the Virgin Queen earned her BAFTA nods for Best Actresses and Best Supporting actresses. The History of Mr Polly was the film in which she won her BAFTA Cymru Award as Best Actress. Anne-Marie Duff, an award-winning English actor who thrives in the showbiz is a star in radio and theatre productions with talent.
